Both bedrooms are elegantly appointed, with one featuring a king-size bed and en-suite facilities, and the other furnished with a standard double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate culinary enthusiasts, complete with basic food items such as pasta, rice, sauces, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and sugar available for guest use.
The living area offers comfortable leather reclining sofas, seating three and two guests respectively, situated before a log-burning stove. A 40" smart TV is available, and guests are welcome to connect their own streaming devices.
Superfast Virgin broadband is provided, and login details will be available upon arrival at the property. Pets are welcome, as the owner is also a dog owner. The spacious, fully enclosed back garden adds convenience, though larger dogs may be able to clear the 3' fence. The property is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, ensuring there are no traffic concerns.
A convenience store is just a two-minute walk away, offering essentials including fresh bakery goods and an off-licence. For larger shopping needs, both Tesco and Lidl can be found in the town centre.
