
This is a recent new build house finished to the highest spec with everything you will need for a comfortable stay. It really is a home from home. Please feel free to use anything in the cupboards like tea, coffee, salt, pepper, rice, pasta etc rather than bringing or buying unnecessarily. Check in and check out can be totally flexible depending on other bookings either side. Please just ask and we will try to facilitate. Both bedrooms are beautifully finished, one with a kingsize bed and en-suite, the other with a standard double. The kitchen is fully prepped for those budding master chefs so please make use of what you find, including all the basic food stuffs in the cupboards like pastas, rice, sauces, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar etc. The living room has comfortable 3 and 2 seat leather reclining sofas in front of the log burning stove. There is a 40" smart TV and please feel free to plug in your own firestick etc. The house has super fast Virgin broadband. Log on details will be in the property. Pets are also welcome at this address as I myself am a dog owner. The back garden is large and fully enclosed but larger dogs may be able to jump the 3' fence. Either way, the property is in a very quiet cul-de-sac with no traffic issues. The closest shop is 2 minutes walk, just as you come into the development. It can supply all your basic needs including fresh bakery and an off licence. If a bigger shop is required, then there is a large Tesco and a Lidl in the town centre. And if you are just visiting Northern Ireland and would like to visit the various tourist and Game of Thrones attractions, then this is a perfect base. Everything is within a 40 minute drive including The Giant's Causeway, Bushmills distillery, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, The Dark Hedges aka the Kings Road, Dunluce Castle aka Castle Greyjoy and the famous walled city of Derry. All being well, I will be there to meet and greet you. Failing that, the keys will be in a key lock at the back of the house. Details will be supplied after booking. Please let me know if you have any special requirements like travel cot, high chair etc, and I will endeavour to have them in place for your arrival. Apart from that, have a great stay and see you soon. One small room is locked and used as a store. All being well, I will be there to meet and greet you. Failing that, the keys will be in a key lock at the back of the house. This is a new build development full of family life. If you do not have transport, the local taxi service is efficient and cheap with average cost in to town being £4. If you want to walk, it will take you 15 minutes. If you are attending a wedding at either Roe Park Hotel or Drenagh Estate, please let us know and we will facilitate an earlier arrival to give you time to prepare before the wedding. And if it helps, we can leave you to the venue so less hassle with cars. Just let us know. It is also strongly advised to book a taxi home well in advance as it is notoriously difficult to get a taxi in Limavady after 11pm unless it is booked. Limavady Taxis is the main firm.
